The standard nitrogen spring for the mold developed and manufactured by Datong Precision is a high-pressure sealing product. The quality department of Datong Precision Factory has undergone strict inspection and testing, and no gas leakage is allowed. Therefore, it is required that users install and use it correctly to ensure its safety, reliability, and optimal service life.
1.When nitrogen springs are used as independent components, they generally do not need to be disassembled or repaired within their service life after installation in the mold;
2. If the nitrogen spring is connected into a system for use, it generally requires the guidance of specially trained or professional personnel. Special attention should be paid to the disassembly or maintenance before the nitrogen in the cylinder is fully released, to prevent accidents from happening;
3. The screw at the lower end of the nitrogen spring mainly serves to protect and strengthen the sealing function, and cannot be disassembled or knocked arbitrarily;
4. It is recommended that the working stroke be ≤ 0.9XS (manufacturing stroke), and compression beyond the stroke is strictly prohibited;
5. The non perpendicularity between the contact surface of the workpiece that is pressed by the upper end of the piston rod and the axis of the piston rod should be ≤ 1 ° (i.e. it should be kept vertical and eccentric loading is strictly prohibited);
6. There must be no lateral force, and the compression force must be perpendicular to the bottom of the cylinder block.
7. After the nitrogen spring is compressed, do not allow the piston rod to return freely to avoid internal damage to the nitrogen spring.
8. Pay attention to keeping the cylindrical surface of the piston rod clean, avoid scratches or scratches, and strictly prohibit knocking and collision.
9. It is strictly prohibited to place nitrogen springs in scorching sunlight and high temperature environments, with a maximum allowable temperature of 80 ℃ (except for specially designed high-temperature resistant nitrogen springs).
10. The nitrogen spring shall be stored in a dry, ventilated and non corrosive gas environment; After unpacking and installation, if not in use for a long time, the surface can be coated with grease to protect it from corrosion;
11. No modifications or processing shall be made to the cylinder body, sealing ring, etc. of the nitrogen spring;
12. Do not shorten the piston rod to reduce the stroke;
13. Do not perform other processing on nitrogen springs and their accessories;
14. Do not fill nitrogen springs with non nitrogen gas;
15. Non professional personnel are strictly prohibited from disassembling and transforming nitrogen springs, otherwise it will cause safety issues;
16. Fix the bottom of the nitrogen spring on a flat fixing plate. During use, the nitrogen spring is not allowed to shake or move;
17. When transporting nitrogen springs, special packaging materials should be used for packaging, and they should not collide with each other;
18. When scrapping, please isolate and store the waste nitrogen spring, and do not mix it with other products, let alone press heavy objects on the waste cylinder body;
19. Please release all gas from the nitrogen spring before proceeding with other treatments.
